Terms of Service

1. What this service is
Guru.Anveshi.ai reads a school assignment a parent uploads, works through it, has that work independently checked, and delivers a finished PDF study guide to the parent. The student the guide is for does not sign in, does not use any chat or AI interface, and is never given direct access to the underlying AI systems. Every account is held and operated by a parent or legal guardian on the student’s behalf.
2. Who can use this service
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any student whose schoolwork you upload. By creating an account or uploading material, you confirm both of these are true.
3. Accuracy — what we do and don't promise
Every study guide goes through an independent second-opinion check before it reaches you. Review by a person is available as an optional add-on and is not part of every guide. Even so, this service does not guarantee that every answer is error-free, and it is not a substitute for a teacher’s judgment or your own review of the material. Where our own checks disagree on a point we resolve it before delivery rather than passing you a warning, and where the source material genuinely does not settle something the guide says so at that question. You should still treat every guide as a study aid to check and discuss with your student, not an unquestionable answer key.
4. Payment
Guides and guide packs are purchased individually through our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your card details ourselves. Purchased credits are consumed one per guide generated and do not expire unless stated otherwise at time of purchase.
Refunds.
- Unused credits — refunded in full within 30 days of purchase. Just ask.
- Your first guide — money back if you’re not happy with it. No explanation needed. We would rather you find out cheaply whether this works for your student.
- Later guides — we fix it rather than refund by default.If something is wrong, tell us and we will regenerate the guide at no charge. If we still can’t get it right, we refund that guide’s credit. We don’t promise every answer will be perfect (see section 3), so this is us standing behind the work rather than a correctness guarantee.
- A guide that never generated — always refunded, if a retry doesn’t produce it.
- A guide in which a teacher review finds a real mistake is refunded automatically — its credits are returned and the corrected guide re-issued. The review fee pays for the teacher’s time and is not refunded.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Email guru@anveshi.ai from your account’s email address.
5. Acceptable use
Use this service only to generate study guides for real schoolwork belonging to a student in your care. Don’t upload material you don’t have the right to share, or use the service in any way that violates your school’s academic integrity policy — this is a study aid, not a substitute for a student doing their own assessed work.
6. Liability
[Standard limitation-of-liability language pending legal review — e.g. service provided “as is,” liability capped at amounts paid, no liability for indirect or consequential damages, academic outcomes, or grading decisions made by a third party.]
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date before they take effect for existing accounts.
